Working Read

This is the world-building seam for the advanced training branch. The governance/investor material now sits separately from the consent-wave/self-state material.

The page is useful because it turns speculative systems language into something structurally legible: governance on one side, self-state and consent-wave logic on the other. That separation keeps the world-building material from collapsing into a single vague aspiration.

It also gives the advanced branch a clear contact point with SCT and CICP whenever the work needs to be reframed as governance or infrastructure rather than only narrative design.

The governance/investor line now shows a second seam: governance and participation read as one operational family, while investor-facing materials read as a separate outward surface.
