This page treats planning as an artifact system that only works after pull exists.

The three essays fit together because they share the same correction: plans are useful for allocation and coordination, but they do not create direction. Pull and attractors do that. Once that distinction is clear, planning becomes lighter, more reversible, and less misleading.
